SAFEGUARDING COMMUNICATION SATELLITE

1457. SHRIMATI SUSHMA SWARAJ:

Will the Minister of SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY be pleased to state:

(a) whether it is a fact that solar activities undergo changes after every eleven years as a result of solar cycle;

(b) whether communication satellite and electrical systems may be disrupted due to this change; and

(c) if so, the measures being taken by Government to safeguard them?
