RESEARCH PAPERS REGARDING PRODUCTION OF PURE WATER FROM MOISTURE

Will the Minister of SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY be pleased to state:

(a) whether his Ministry has received research papers of a student of Chhattisgarh, Sachin Upadhyay regarding procurement of pure water from moisture, from office of Hon'ble President in the year 2006;

(b) whether allegations have been made regarding cheating the student by some American company;

(c) whether this matter has been investigated;

(d) whether any reply has been given to the student on the above subject;

(e) if so, the details thereof; and

(f) if not, the reasons therefor?
