The WISE-KIRAN Scheme of the Science and Technology Capacity Building Division, Department of Science & Technology is being streamlined under the unified 'Vigyan Dhara' framework. As part of the transition, the ongoing calls for WISE-PDF, WISE-SCOPE and WIDUSHI will close on 28th February 2025 at 23:59 hours. Fresh calls for WISE-PhD, WISE-PDF, WISE-SCOPE and WIDUSHI programmes shall be announced during July-August 2025.

The current calls for proposal submission for WISE-PDF at https://online-wosa.gov.in/wosa  and for WISE-SCOPE and WIDUSHI at https://onlinedst.gov.in/ will close on 28th February, 2025 at 23:59 hours.
