Introduction

Science Express is an innovative mobile exhibition mounted on a specially designed 16 coach AC train, travelling across India since October 2007. After seven successful tours, the eighth phase of Science Express is being redesigned on the theme 'Climate Change' and is now running on the Indian Rail Network as 'Science Express - Climate Action Special' (SECAS). SECAS is a unique collaborative initiative of Department of Science and Tecnology (DST) and Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change (MoEFCC), Govt. of India.
